Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams from project initiation to final sign-off.
- Work with the project team to identify and understand client and end-user needs.
- Track, log, and resolve defects throughout the e-learning development lifecycle.
- Prevent errors during production that may lead to product defects.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, plans, scripts, and release notes for products before client delivery.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and review products with subject matter experts until product release.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and contribute to the on-time delivery of the project.
- Propose and implement necessary measures to maintain quality standards throughout production and in the final product.
- Guarantee the quality of products in line with both client/end-user needs and company quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A degree from a reputable university or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
