Role Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applications and coordinating interviews.
- Support hiring and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update personal files of employees.
- Handle HR-related data entry and updates in the Oracle system.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training sessions.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student from a government university pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Availability for a full-time, one-year internship.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- A fast and smart learner with strong attention to detail.
- Resides near Thulhiriya or willing to commute.
