Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring online customer inquiries and support the team in handling online reservations for all properties.
- Support the team in tracking availability and inventory of all properties.
- Update the daily online pick-up report under supervision and share it with the management.
- Assist in communication between the sales team and hotel reservations teams.
Job Requirements
- Reading for a Bachelor's degree / Professional qualification / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
