JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fulfil customer order throughout end of the delivery.
- Invoicing (Inhouse & Suppliers)
- Stock returns & refunds.
- Inventory & stock maintenance.
- Submit relevant reports and presentations to accounts department & management. Customer handling / Inquiries - Communicating with customers via email, phone, or social media to address issues or concerns.
- Educating customers about new products or services offered by the company.
- Assist and support marketing campaigns, materials, events, and promotions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative would be helpful.
