JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Fulfil customer order throughout end of the delivery.
  • Invoicing (Inhouse & Suppliers)
  • Stock returns & refunds.
  • Inventory & stock maintenance.
  • Submit relevant reports and presentations to accounts department & management. Customer handling / Inquiries - Communicating with customers via email, phone, or social media to address issues or concerns.
  • Educating customers about new products or services offered by the company.
  • Assist and support marketing campaigns, materials, events, and promotions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative would be helpful.
