Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on selling our technology services in international markets. This full-time role, based in Sri Lanka, involves acquiring clients, converting leads into long-term business relationships, and expanding our global reach. The Business Manager will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and technical support, to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand NextGen Innovations' tech services in international markets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, providing them with the necessary support and solutions.
  • Promote NextGen Innovations’ software products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and stakeholders in various regions.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales progress and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Provide valuable feedback to refine and enhance sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and experience working with global clients.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
