We are on the lookout for a motivated and proactive intern to join our HR Business Partnering and Engagement team.


Role Overview:

As an HR BP & Engagement Intern, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various employee engagement events and initiatives, while also gaining exposure to HR business partnering practices. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn from HR professionals and develop your skills in both human resources and event management.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Events:

Planning and execution of company-wide events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Event Coordination:

Help with logistics, vendor management, event invitations, and day-of event coordination to ensure smooth operations.

HR Business Partner Support:

Collaborate with the HR business partnering team to support various HR functions including execution of various HR BP initiatives.


Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, and event planning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in event planning or HR-related tasks is a plus, but not required.
