Responsibilities:
Client and Prospect Management:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Understand and document client requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate contact information for clients in the leads database.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing client data for efficient follow-ups including payments, communication etc.
Meeting Minutes:
- Attend client meetings alongside team members.
- Capture detailed and accurate meeting minutes during client interactions.
- Summarize action items and key takeaways from meetings.
New Releases Log Maintenance:
- Keep track of new product or service releases within the company.
- Maintain a log of all new releases, including version details, dates, and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive documentation.
Email Communication:
- Draft professional and effective email communications with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Update templates for commonly used communications.
Market Research (Under guidance):
- On occasion editing/customizing standard documents such as profile or proposal.
- Writing down steps for flows specified out to them (such user documentation).
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Gain hands-on experience in business development and administration.
- Work closely with professionals in the field and participate in client meetings.

- A background in information systems of computer science would be a strong advantage

- It is an advantage if possible to record video (possibly with voice; could be artificial) for specific flows
