Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide and drive our development teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Rust, Java and Python technologies and a proven track record of working closely with architecture teams to define and implement software designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Mentor and manage development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide thought leadership and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Maintain and improve system performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical leadership role with team management.
• 2+ years of involvement with architecture teams or contributions to architectural decisions.
• Experience in the FinTech domain would be an added advantage.
• Expertise in Rust, Java and Python.
• Expertise in PHP and MERN stack would be an added advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Proficiency in modern development tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead by example.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or any other related discipline
