Job Profile
The Quality Assurance Executive ensures compliance with standard procedures through regular audits, addresses non-compliance issues, supports quality improvement initiatives, and provides team training. They collaborate on updating learning systems and assist with operational tasks to maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on each process to ensure employees are following the standard process.
- Conduct continuous audits on all the process documents to ensure error free documentation.
- Raise concerns when non-compliant issues are identified.
- Assist in quality improving projects and educate team members by providing monthly trainings.
- Carry out projects to update the company's learning system by working collaboratively with each team.
- Assist in operational tasks as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/HND or Diploma in Management
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- High attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar field would be an added advantage
