We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Frontend Developer to support the development of responsive web applications and WordPress-based solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining websites, and working collaboratively with senior developers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development:
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement pixel-perfect designs from wireframes and prototypes, ensuring consistent UI/UX across devices and platforms.
- Leverage advanced CSS techniques, including animations, transitions, and keyframes, to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Work with CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap to streamline development and maintain design consistency.
- Write clean, reusable code and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
WordPress Development:
- Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
- Build and design pages using Elementor, including custom widgets and integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including advanced techniques like animations), and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar.
- Experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Hands-on experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
- Familiarity with PHP for WordPress development.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
