What you’ll bring:
- Collaborate with the writers and content team to understand design requirements and objectives.
 - Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts and videos.
 - Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels.
 - Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
 - Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and best practices into your work.
 - Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
 - Leveraging AI tools such as Midjourney and Luma to boost creativity and efficiently manage work.
 
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
 - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
 - Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro).
 - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
 - Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
 - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
 - Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive feedback effectively.
 - Ability to adapt to changing design trends and technologies.
