This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels and has a flair for creating engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and produce captivating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that aligns with our brand identity and values.
- Generate innovative ideas for content that showcase our services, achievements, and unique aspects of Lanka Academy.
- Brand Promotion:
- Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand promotion goals.
- Engagement and Interaction:
- Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and initiating conversations about our services.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies to boost audience interaction.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to brand representation across all channels.
- Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to amplify the reach of our content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey the brand message effectively.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Adept at staying updated with social media trends and incorporating them into content strategy.
