Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of members.

  • Professional handing of clients through telephone, email media etc.
  • Overlook system with correct and efficient data input.


Qualifications

  • 2 years' work experience in BPO/ Admin industries.
  • A graduate or an undergraduate in HR or any other disciplines.
  • Good PR & Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Leadership skills.
