Position - Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist the showroom team in their daily activities.
- Prepare, follow up on, and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.
- Support the showroom team with administrative tasks.
- Gather, summarize, and analyze sales forecasts.
- Verify the allocated stocks provided by Head Office and ensure that the quantity matches the requested forecast for the relevant month.
- Prepare monthly targets and share them with the team.
- Prepare the showroom quarterly target vs. achievement report and share it with Finance for commission calculations.
- Share the trading target vs. achievement report with the finance department.
- Keep track of stock balances for each showroom.
- Provide a Showroom Vise Analysis report, including model-wise.
- Prepare quotations for partners.
- Support HOD in preparing product comparisons with competitive brands.
- Prepare MIS reports requested by the management from time to time.
- Prepare the presentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP system, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
