Position - Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand
  • Prepare Administrative reports.
  • Following the supply registration process & and finishing registration.
  • Overlook Administrative procedures of Devision.
  • Communicate Sales person & Other authorities.
  • Identify New strategies of market & update the Relevant authorities.
  • Complete the sales-related administrative tasks of the Marketing departments.


Qualifications

  • CIM or SLIM Qualification Level
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
