About The Role

Self Driven Service professional capable of handling chillers, air side, VRF and Light commercial products. Growing service business through contracts, parts and do & charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Connect with existing customers and attend to customer complaint/breakdown calls. Obtain customer feedback on service quality forms.
  • Grow service pipeline by tapping into existing customer database.
  • Revenue generation through Comprehensive & Non comprehensive annual maintenance contracts, Do and Charge jobs and spare parts business. Achieve the annual plan for orders, revenue and margins
  • Spare Parts Management: Plan MSL for parts to be maintained in local warehouse. Analyze past data for parts having frequent failures, warranty and CAMC requirements to determine appropriate MSL. Sending in monthly/ quarterly part requirements to commercial team to maintain MSL with the consent of Country Head.
  • Developing service franchisee network to support service business expansion.
  • Providing periodic technical training to Channel Service Technicians on all Carrier/ Toshiba products with emphasis on best practices for, commissioning and basic trouble shooting.
  • Drive EH&S culture amongst partners in line with Carrier ESG goals
  • Take service modernization initiatives by pro-actively approaching existing customers for retrofit opportunities.
  • Manage commissioning activities in coordination with channel partner/ service franchisee. Provide in warranty support by scheduling visits as mandated by Carrier’s standard warranty terms.
