Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on smart mobiles and accessories.
• Promote and sell a wide range of high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and generate positive referrals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the mobile industry and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently striving to achieve personal and team goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least one year of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics industry (added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluent proficiency in English, as well as proficiency in Sinhala and or Tamil languages (spoken).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and upsell products.
• Ability to work well in a team and individually, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• A passion for technology, particularly smart mobiles and accessories.
