MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The suitable candidate will bring active experience in full-stack Django web application engineering, we are looking for someone with more than 3 years of experience
- The candidate has an affinity for UI design. From broad requirements and wireframes, the engineer can design and implement the full stack functionality of the application
- The candidate will, over time, take ownership of certain aspects and components of the platform, ensuring a good user experience for end users
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- A creative problem solver with a strong knowledge of frontend web development and affinity for UI design
- Industry experience is strongly preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical professionals
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience with frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with Django & DTL, Django REST Framework
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets/SSE
- Knowledge of vanilla JS or lightweight JS frameworks/tooling (HTMX), server-side rendering, progressive enhancement techniques and accessibility optimization are a plus
- Knowledge of Git, Docker
