Requirements
Fully Completed Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferably with a class) in Engineering from a recognized university (UGC approved) or equivalent recognized professional qualification (IESL or EC (UK)) in Electrical or Electronics.
The Program will provide the driven, ambitious, and determined individual/trainee with maximum wholesome technical and airline management skills, at floor and corporate level, which will enable all our trained personnel with the fullest capabilities of being an efficient and productive part of the SriLankan family.
You will undergo a training program which will span over three year period. The training program will develop and prepare you for the career as an Aircraft Engineer.
• Candidates should be aged between 21 to 28 years as at 07th September 2023
• Candidates who excel at the selection process will be offered a training contract.
• At the end of two years, upon successful completion of the training contract, candidates will be offered employment as Executives.
• At the end of the third year, after fulfilling the required eligibility criteria accepted by the organization, you will progress to Aircraft Engineer grade.
