Responsibilities
· Ability to identify customer requirements, explore possible alternatives and provide customized solutions.
· Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
· Ask betrend questions to understand the customer's requirements.
· Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
· Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our case management system.
· Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information.
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
