Position - Executive Assistant
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant contributes to office management and supporting functions in multiple locations. You will work for the General Manager (GM) and Office Manager (OM), assisting them in developing and maintaining plans and completing tasks. You will be diligent and flexible in your approach, analysis and the improvement of standard operating procedures, ensuring general operations and delivery are supported from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and maintain documents.
● Support the daily functions.
● Produce reports.
● Review and validate time sheets.
● Facilitate meetings and record minutes and actions.
● Coordinate all travel arrangements and proactively anticipate travel needs and provide timely updates to ensure efficient travel plans.
● Experience in conducting thorough research on various topics and providing relevant and accurate information for decision-making.
● Support the implementation and improvement of business processes.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of experience.
● Following or qualified in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
● Highly diligent professional who takes pride in a job well done.
● Proactive self-starter and team player.
● Excellent written and verbal English.
● Excellent organizational skills, possessing the ability to prioritize work.
