What we expect
5+ years experience in the HR field, preferably in the IT industry
Proven working experience as a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager in the HR field
Experience in technical recruitment
Hands-on experience in the complete talent management cycle
Excellent interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable personality
A self-driven, go-getter, analytical and out of the box thinker
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices will be an added advantage
- Educational background in Human Resources Management or a related field
