We have a growing set of mobile solutions which have been developed with React Native and Swift. There is a vacancy to technically lead an interesting and challenging React Native project for a capable candidate.
This permanent, full-time vacancy is in our Sri Lankan office in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Guide all the technical aspects of React Native and related mobile application developments
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Make sure the products are complying with quality and performance standards
- Suggest solutions by investigating industry best practices and implementing them as proof-of-concepts
- Participate in development and performing code reviews
- Work with cross-border and cross-functional teams
- Ensure efficient development cycles are in place by optimising build and release processes
- Taking responsibility along with the project management team for timely delivery of project outputs
- Learn and engage with other ERP developments
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 5 years of mobile application development experience in large scale projects
- Experience in a similar role for at least one year
- In depth knowledge in developing mobile application with React Native is a must
- Previous experience with native iOS and Android developments will be a definite advantage
- Experience with configuring CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and releasing applications for Android/iOS app stores
- Knowledge in working with Fastlane to build and publish apps will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in a related field will be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work and engage with other team members to enhance their skill
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
