KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Preparation of monthly management accounts according to the company polices and procedures
•Preparation of monthly finance board pack
•Preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts for the company
•Periodic cash flow forecasting and working capital management
•Liaison with banks, auditors and tax consultants
•Planning, implementation and controlling of required internal control system
•Periodic submission of cost saving proposal and other value added proposals to the group finance team and management team.
•Coordination with group finance team and adhere to the group finance policies
•Working closely with the company Management team as the finance expert
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
•Fully or part-qualified in CA, CIMA, or ACCA
•More than 2 years of experience in the similar capacity
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency with computer skills, especially in Excel and familiarity with ERP
•Good planning and problem-solving skills
Preferred candidate from Thanamalvila, Wellawaya, Monaragala and Buththala areas.
