Job Description

The role of the Showroom Sales Executive is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in our showroom. The position requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet those needs.

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the showroom.
  • Greet customers and offer assistance in selecting products and answering their questions.
  • Understand and promote our products, and be knowledgeable about their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring that they are fully satisfied with their purchases.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company and report on progress regularly.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Keep the showroom clean and presentable at all times.
  • Ensure that all products in the showroom are properly stocked, priced, and displayed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a retail or showroom environment, is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the products and services offered by the company is desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software is desirable.

  • Ability to speak English, Sinhala & Tamil is an added advantage.
